If you seek frustration book SAA

<p>I made an error of a name on a booking and I called the flight centre to assist in changing , it tok 3 calls to 3 different call centre agents who provided no assistance whatsoever . I made an another booking and the bllody agents could not issue a ticket due to a said fault on their system till the flight departed. By the way any question you ask the agent they need 10-15 min to consult with a supervisor. Why do you hire these people who seem clueless a bout everything</p>
