If more people could read this they would be spared my agony

I wish I read all the bad reviews before choosing to fly with SA Airlink. I booked tickets for a specific day and upon arrival the I discovered that the website just magically chose different dates for my booking. The lady at the ticket desk even said "Oh, not again" which tells me that it's a known problem. Still they made me buy new tickets for the same price as the original tickets and neither support nor customer (don't) care even responds to my plea for a refund. I'm now left with no other option than to warn others not to fall into the same trap.
