Idiots employed there!!

I made a booking and had to change the date. They charge more that the original ticket price if I wanted to change it from my name to my husbands name : really ????????? Obviously I decide to keep it in my name. Then I receive a message from them about a schedule change regarding the flight. They could just have added that it is going to leave 10 minutes later: no, I have to phone them !! After half an hour listening to music at my expense, she tells me the flight leaves 10 minutes later. Never again will I use them !!!!! No respect for their passenger's time/ money.
