I want my money back

<p>I booked a ticket for one one of the artists who will be performing at my event for the 3rd of december. Unknowingly, the artist is no longer based in Durban. I requested to have a refund or preferably my ticket rerouted to CT>>>EL and was told it is against company policies.</p> <p> </p> <p>I no longer want a reroute as you have not been accommodating. I want a full refund on the ticket. Failure to do this will result in me persuing legal action.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use SAA ever again and more so, I will never suggest your organization to anyone. </p> <p> </p> <p>Get someone to call me alternatively i will get my attorney to reach out to you in due course.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your company is a **** and desperate to make money. </p>
