I need my money back and the customer service for refunds need to improve.

I booked a ticket ticket online last year 16 Oct 2024 (ticket -N8WON9 - ***), its been almost a year now and I haven't received a refund. I called more than 6 times I talk to agents that were not polite. I canceled the ticket the same day I booked, my money needed to be sent back a long time ago. I'm not happy
