How to get hold of Voyager?

I am trying to claim missing Voyager air miles on a code-share flight with SAA. I have tried submitting on their website, sending 2 emails, countless calls to the call centre and even an in-person visit with original travel documents to the SAA offices in Illovo. All to no avail. I am at a loss as to how to achieve my goal!
