Horrifying service!!!

Early December I booked a flight for 11th January for 1 adult and 4 children. Flight tickets stated flight departs at 6:30am, when we get to check in we are told that flight does not exist. The two ladies at the check in counter were disgustingly rude! We tried showing them our tickets but they insisted that there is no such flight! So we are shown another counter to go to to book another flight, when we get there the lady was an absolute pleasure, she apologized and within 5 minutes booked us onto the next flight with no extra fees as the fault was on their side. Needless to say, never ever booking SAA again!
