Horrific bad staff

We waited 45min to drop off our bags at se bad drop off counter this morning! Just one person helping peak time on a sat morning. After going to the premium counter to ask for help - you get the answer 'you get what you get'. Among- she get's up to wash her hands, she walks away whilst I am talking, she hids her name tag openly after I asked to see her name, she and her colleague starts laughing in my face. This is the worst experience ever!!!
