HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I booked return flights from Cape Town to Dubai and refunded my return flights via SAA. It’s been 2 months now and I haven’t gotten responses for my HUGE refund. This airline has a history of not refunding and wish I saw this before booking via this airline. I HIGHLY ADVISE TO BOOK LITERALLY ANY OTHER AIRLINE. Customer service is non-existent.
