Horrible experience for the elderly

<p>It is with great dismay that i write this email. My granmother boarded a flight this morning at O R INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. On route to Pietermaritzburg. Flight number SAA344270.SAAPMB8735&nbsp;</p> <p>An elderly lady had her luggage ransacked. When checking in she had R2000 cash in her bag as well as her medication and other valuables. Upon arrival in Pietermaritzburg,after collecting her luggage she discovered her hand luggage had been tampered with and the money and other items of value had been taken.</p> <p>Are these the values that SAA stands for??? To rob the elderly of their pension?</p> <p>Like stated previously, it is with great dismay the bad service encounted....</p>
