Horrible experience

My flight was at 13:30 from OR Tambo to Kimberley and I had checked in a lagguage as fragile. I get to the other side my lagguage is not here. I am being told that my lagguage cannot be delivered to De Aar because of policies. That time it's not even my fault that the bags were not in the air craft so I must wait for another aircraft leaving job urgent at 17:30 and still drive 3 hours to De Aar at night . Soon much for puttingiya customers first
