Had to cancel trip because SAA wont help

SAA is nothing short of the worst airline in the world. I had booked my kids to go to Dubai to visit family. SAA flatly refused to provide my kids with the \Unaccompanied minor services"because the their policy is that they do not provide this service if the flight lands after 8pm... Emirate the co-operator has no such policy. After weeks of trying to secure this service we are informed today that the service will not be available when my kids fly out on Monday. We tried calling both airlines and both said it was not their problem. I am disgusted at the overall reluctance to assist"
