I was so thrilled to get Sikile Nhlapho on the phone when I had to call to change an existing booking to a companion ticket. Before calling everyone I spoke to told me I was wasting my time that SAA were unfriendly, unhelpful and not interested.<br> <br> This was not my experience Sikile went out of her way to assist me with my change and took time to explain everything that needed to happen as if I were the only client in the world,<br> <br> She is a real credit to SAA<br> <br> Thank you Sikile
