Great service & attitude

On Saturday, 16 April 2016, I sent a parcel from OR Tambo to Cape Town. Was pleasantly surprised by the service of Oupa at the counter. There was a short queue and he handed out the form to complete to the rest of the people in the queue while he's helping the person in front, in order to save time. Super friendly, polite and efficient. He made my day!
