<p>After having made an error on my online booking I immediately called the South African Airways customer service number and was answered by Christina a charming, articulate lady that assisted me so seeminglessly that is it obvious and without question that she delivers this level of service to everyone she comes in contact with. I would like to say once again thank you Christina you are a credit to your organisation and a kind, patient person with who for me was a privillage to have come in contact with.</p>
