Great Flight, Great Staff, Cheap Price on SAA

On the 26th of May 2023. My mother and I were on flight SA372 from CPT to Jozi. The day was just terrible for me, I was so sick and everything that could go wrong, did. However when we were boarding our flight back home on SAA flight 372, there was a white male gentleman,blonde with spiked hair, who was leader of the team aboard. He was so kind ,so sweet. He greeted everyone calling us mam, sir. He was so helpful. He spirit was so beautiful and just brought light to everyone on the flight. He really made my flight back home easier. I wish I remembered his name. The SAA flight was night and day, compared to the Flysafair flight we took in the morning. Flysafair staff are rude, the ones at the airport and onboard. The SAA flight was clean, comfortable, very professional and caring staff plus free food. The price for the flight was great, we spent about R2,200 for 2 tickets, so cheap. No one was trying to sell me things aboard, like they do on Flysafair. SAA was well organised and not chaotic. A far better experience. We also had to change our tickets to an earlier flight because I was sick and SAA only charged us R460 for the change. FLYSAFAIR on the other hand charged us R1120 for missing check in time by 10 mins. Guess this is how they make their money. Never been on a worst flight than the one with Flysafair. Thank you SAA. From now on I will only fly SAA, and not these not- so cheap fly by night airlines. And the pilots landing was clean - (yes it matters).
