Good service

<p>My husband was travelling to CPT on 19h00 flight to CPT and connecting to Amsterdam. That flight got delayed and the arrival time was just way too late for him to get the flight to Amsterdam. At PLZ airport we were assisted by a professional lady with high level of respect by the name of Nonelwa. She squeezed my husband on 18:40 flight so that he cannot be late for his connection flight. All this was done with professionalism that I have never seen. </p> <p>When her Collegue came to relieve her, with a smile she responded and say " let me finish this passenger first" she didn't pass us over because it was her knock off time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much Nonie.
