Good Service

We would just like to compliment a staff member at the international check in counter in Terminal B on 26/10/15 at SAA at OR Tambo. Moses Matshiane went out of his way to help my daughter who was flying to Zambia for three months to rearrange her luggage so it would be accepted for the flight. He really went above the call of duty to help and he did it with a smile and a joke. Well done, so nice to deal with helpful staff!
