GOING THE XTRA MILE

Compliments to Gracia and Yolandi at SAA Reservations who escalated a problem I've been sitting with for 3 weeks.They went beyond the call of duty in assisting and really appreciate their proficient and diligent assistance in resolving the problem with a quick turn around time.
