Going the extra mile

Really grateful for the assistance that was rendered to my dad. We were sending him back home alone and the lady who was checking him in realised we were worried about him being on his own (When he came into SA he was with my sister) He had a stop over in Joburg so we weren't sure if he would be ok so the "check-in lady" quickly put our fears to rest by reassuring us that she's making a note for him to receive all the assistance needed. She even walked with him to the gate to make sure he got through ok. When we talked to him later he told us how helpful everybody on the other side had been and that just made us happy. Thank you so much SAA for such attention to your customers' needs. We will be using you again for sure. Especially if the prices remain as good as they were when we booked lol ☺️.
