Frustrating refund process

I have been requesting a refund for a cancelled flight, since the 15th December. I have made a number of calls and sent emails to the refund desk. Its over a month now, still nothing. Very frustrating online refund process up to now no clear instruction or timeframe on when l will get my money back. Booking ***
