Four years waiting for a refund pre-covid

Hi i had my flight from JHB to Cape Town cancelled by SAA in February 2020 (before covid). It was a 5h30 flight, which was cancelled due to changes in their flight routes, no longer offering that morning route. I chose to get a refund. Till today after many querying through various channels and various promises made i was never refunded my flight cost. I cannot seem to progress further with the saa team on getting my money back. Terrible airline.
