FLYSAA pay back my Money!!!!!

I've booked 2x Tickets from JHB to Port Elizabeth on FLYSAA on the 21 February 2025 Flight Ref No.: QAJFO9. I've paid online with my debit card but only 1 x transaction went through on my card. Then on the on the 04 March 2025 they debit my account again for 2 x Tickets instead of one and sins then I've being trying to sort this matter out without any success. The person at FLYSAA that I have spoke to is Adolf Managa and between him and ABSA I have send numoures mails to try and sort this matter out but nothing gets done about it, instead he just said ABSA must pay me back but ABSA says that they money was paid to FLYSAA. What do I need to do to get proper service and to get my money back this is really unexceptable what happened to Customer Service in this Country. Very Unhappy Customer dont think I will make use of your Airline ever again.
