Flying with no confidence

SAA has come out of business rescue. We are lulled into the belief that they are newly invigorated and on the road to a successful future. What utter nonsense. Do they really expect us to believe that drivel?

I have a contentious matter with SAA. Every time I try to make contact I am informed that "the matter is being investigated." That was over 6 months ago. Still no response and never a response to an email.

How will they ever be able to survive? Definitely not from my patronage.
