FlyHi on SA223 always very late

Flight SA223 between Sao Paulo and Joburg is currently operated by HiFly. My flight on 15 December was 5 hours late. I was made aware of a 90 minute delay in the morning, but the flight just got postponed further and further. I have noticed on the Flightradar app that all these flights run by Highfly are always late. It's very inconvenient and gives a dim view of our country, especially to the south American tourists on board.
