Fly with SA Airlink and Mango

The current state of SAA is an indication of what political interference combined with greed, general lack of integrity and civic responsibility. We are all aware of the numerous flight cancellations and recent bail out.

I was apprehensive when i was booked on SAA flight to Port Elizabeth on Monday 03 February 2020. On closer review i was booked on SA Airlink. Arriving early for my check in the very i had a problem with the locks on my bags. I couldnt reset the locks and asked the attendant for some cable ties. She couldnt assist but directed me to Mango behind her. The ladies there were most helpful and even though i spoke in english she communicated fluently in zulu to me and finally found 2 cable ties. I was sorted and could close my bags and get my boarding pass. The attendant asked if i wanted a seat by the emergency exit as I would have more leg room. She was most helpful as she noticed that i was tall.

The flight was quicker than planned and Kat the flight attendant was great and very professional.

A wonderful travel experience and ladies you are truly a great credit to an organisation that is in turmoil. Your customer centric approach and professionalism is applauded
