FLY SAA to nowhere... they leave you stranded/destitute

today is the 4th of June 2024.

Thank you to Hellopeter for this platform.

I continue to wait for SAA to make contact with me regarding the dispute I logged.

This company went under and has no prospects of recovering unless they make sure, with their staff, that they leave you behind so that you can rebook.

As previously mention book this airline at your own peril.

any concerns that you have they have no support unless you speak to the agent on the line. they take calls and make a decision on the call without investigating because they have no team leader or manager- But they say there a Portia (supposed team leader) somewhere in meeting since the 26th of April till this moment.

I have no confidence in this airline, as petrol can deplete whilst you are airborne at this rate.

I continue to wait for my detailed feedback as promised by Portia.

I have engaged the CGSO just awaiting feedback.

I WON"T give up until I get my money for the second flight I had to book because of incompetence.

never ride on SAA, they will leave you destitute!!!!!!!
