Fly SAA NOT TODAY OR EVER

The 13h15 flight from Johannesburg to Richards Bay was cancelled due to technical difficulties. SAA refuses to refund the money paid for ticket. I think it is totally disgusting to pay for service you don't get. Every staff member just pulls up their shoulders. Shame on you
