Flight Ticket Change

Good day<br> <br> I have booked tickets for 2 travellers from Walvis Bay to Cape Town but need to change it. First I was advised the country of origin could not be changed. Then I want to change the ticket from Windhoek to Johannesburg OR Tambo but on another traveller's name and was advised \South African Airway does not permit name changes on tickets
