flight refund

I booked a flight to Harare in February 2020 in hopes to travel in April, however COVID happened. I have since then tried to rebook the flight and SAA is not flying outside of the country and theres no information if they will be flying. My issue now is after numerous attempts to get a refund or a change in destination,I have not been responded to which is really frustrating. You are a ****ty airline and Im even disgusted to mention your name and want my money back.
