flight delays

On the 2 January 2016 flight 327 was supposed to depart from OR Tambo at 11:00am to Cape Town but unfortunately we experienced a 5 hours delay due to technical issues. This to me is *********** and inconsiderate because my whole day plans were ruined and I had to cancel meetings. With the money that we pay SAA I expected good service, on arriving home as I unpacked my stuff I noticed that my valuables worth R1200 were ****** I'm deeply disappointed in SAA.
