Flight Cancelled in Sao Paulo - No communication

My flight SAA223 was cancelled last night (19-03-2015) in Sao Paulo due to damage to the plane - caused by a delivery truck driving into the plane - as we were about to board. This is what we heard via other people and passengers.<br> <br> SAA cannot be blamed for such an accident but the lack of communication or interest from SAA getting their passengers home is appalling. <br> <br> We are stuffed into a hotel with no direct communication from SAA since the incident or a representative assisting us in getting home. Friends, families and colleagues try and assist but SAA in South Africa has no answers. Neither are we getting feedback if there are any contingency plans.<br> <br> I expect an answer from SAA as to why they are so slack in communicating and keeping there passengers informed. I have had no information from SAA since the incident.
