Flight Cancelled, Customer Service does not exist.

My family and I travelled CPT-JHB-SAO. When trying to check in for the return flight SAO-JHB-CPT the website said the booking did not exist please contact customer services. I had to make an international call from Chile to South Africa. I was told my wife was a no show in CPT so the return segments were cancelled. I can NEVER get through to customer service!!! I've called now for the 3rd time and waiting 19mins so far without an answer. I have to speak to reservations to get help but they can't help me with my complaint I logged 10 days ago that was assigned to Vaneshree Naidoo who hasn't bothered to respond.
