Flight Cancellation, no refund

My flight got cancelled after checking in and going through the boarding gate. They then could not accommodate me on another flight in time to meet my international connection flight.

Was forced to pay an exorbitant fee on another airline including excess baggage fees.

They don't publish any contact number on their website and provide an email address for refunds which do not get attended to and its now 3 months later.
