Flight Booking Disappearance - ***

I bought a plane ticket for my husband to fly to Polokwane for work and I received a confirmation. On the day of travel (today 13 Dec 2015) my husband arrived at the airport only to be told that his name and flight reference could not be found. This continued until the flight was closed. <br> <br> I called SAA customer service to find out why my husband's ticket was found and after a 20 minute wait I was told that payment for my credit card did not go through. I asked how and why, after another wait I was told that it is a system error and there are no more flights until 15 December so we can't even rebook.<br> <br> This has been a huge inconvenience and we are now scrambling trying to find a way for my husband to make it to Polokwane by tomorrow morning. And all that SAA can say is we are sorry.<br> <br> Very disappointed indeed and if I had my way I would never use SAA again.<br> <br> Flight ***<br> <br>
