finding luggage and booking it through

Luggage was booked through from johannesburg to frankfurt iso of philadelphia which was the final destination. Passenger could not get through customs without german visa to rebook luggage on next flight. After a lot of phone calls and no answer or help. I eventually found a helpful email address which Loes rep**** on. The missing bag was found and booked in on behalf of the passenger when Loes realised there was a second bag that was still missing. It was searched for and found under bulky luggage and also booked through on the same flight in time. This was exceptional service and i would like to thank Loes for going the extra mile and keeping me informed in South Africa.<br>
