Fighting for refund
I have been waiting for refund from SAA voyager since April. Been dealing with a lady called Ntsako. Several emails sent to her with no response. Tshepo a supervisor at Sa Airlink has also sent emails to her and her supervisor in vain.
Not sure where to go now. Totally unprofessional. No care in the world
