Feedback on a booking complaint

<p>I lodged a complaint with SAA online booking in Jan to date i have not received a call from them to explain why i had to be so frustrated by the incompetence of the their staff. It is clear that service is just a word to the booking team.the last mail i received was on the 16/01/2017 informing me that my query was assigned to Vaneshree Naidoo.</p>
