<p>Dear Elias</p> <p> </p> <p>Just wanted to shoot you a quick note to say thanks to Emmanuel.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was incredibly passionate with my many fold questions, helped me make a very tough decision that really impacts my meetings abroad and went out of his way to overcome our very different accents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not super hot on SAA (though a big patriot) but Emmanuel has made me proud of SAA and you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>He is clearly sharp and cares about the customer outcomes.
