Fantastic service

My elderly parents flew SAA from Heathrow to Durban and back recently. The service they received from SAA staff across the board was brilliant. Ground staff, cabin staff, wheelchair attendants (they are both in their 80's) were fantastic. They had nothing wrong to say at all, only kudos. Well done SAA - it's nice to know something in this country is going the right way!
