False Advertising and Delays

They airline promotes flights on there site from cape town direct to Pilanesberg. Booking down and dusted, a day before we need to fly we get a call that flight cancelled and that we need to fly to O.R Tambo and catch a connecting flight from there. what is suppose to be a 2 hour trip now becomes a 5 hour trip. then on the return trip. 2 hour trip turns into 10 hour trip. now understanding that things can happen but to wait 4 hours in Jo burg for a connecting flight back to cape town is ridiculous. You guys are the more expensive airline but the service is bad. i would suggest that you dont advertise flights direct to Pilanesberg from Cape Town
