false advertising

<p>I've been trying for 2 days to book flights through saa. I called 5 times yesterday and held on for 15 minutes each time with nobody even attending to my call. I called this morning and I was on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to book this particular flight. On the reservation side, the flight cannot be found neither at therice that it is advertised for in the saa website, cheapest flights, cheapoair, as well as tripsta. All I get told is that the seats are no longer available for that price and that the website has not updated yet. Why does it still show on all the other websites as well. Can saa then not afford a better managed website? This well known company is not at all trying to get their customers satisfied. I'm not someone who easily complains on a public forum, but after contacting saa sooo many times with no help at all, you become irritated with the lack of service and I want the public to know! </p>
