False advertising

When I book a ticket on line with SAA, I would expect to be able to fly with SAA not a cheaper affiliate! I pay an absolute premium yet without my consent and or knowledge you bump me to Mango!! As a result I am unable to check in on line, have to stand in massive que's and have to deal with *********** staff! <br> <br> Then, you give me a pathetic R50 voucher! For what, to buy stale chips on the plane? Really, I paid an absolute premium for my ticket!!!
