Extremely poor client refund services

I've requested a refund via Travelstart on our fligt tickets the 31 Dec 2020. Until now NO REFUND WAS DONE. How ridiculous. You couldn't wait to receive my money but the refund (which is payable within 8 weeks at the latest) is due now for 17 WEEKS! Only telling travelstart it's pending. Terrible! Proudly South African????? Treat the customer fairly????
