Extremely Bad Service SAA

I would like not to even give this company one star as their service is appalling! We booked a flight then tried to cancel it and we did that online and nothing happened and when we phoned to query our refund we were put through to so many people like no one wanted to take responsibility for the query and we still have no refund - I never book SAA and the only reason I did was because all the other airlines were fully booked - I will never book a ticket with them again their whole booking system is awful!
