Extremely bad service

My luggage was not packaged on the flight I took. They couldn't even explain why. Now have to wait for another 2 hrs for next flight. Extremely not happy with the service. It's irritating and inconveniencing me was not just travelling for funny. Had to pay a cab twice now.
