Excellent service from Pier Hemy from SAA Express

On Friday I boarded a flight going from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town. To my surprise I was greeted warmly by Pier Hemy. I have been travelling for over 15 years and in all those year this has been my most pleasant experience! Pier Hemy is an extraordinary flight assistant, he paid such special attention to all passengers and treated us all as special individuals. I live in Port Elizabeth, however I had to travel to Amsterdam through Cape Town. When Pier Hemy was busy giving out complimentary snack to the passengers, I have asked whether I could have an extra packet of pretzels, as my flight to Amsterdam, was delayed for nine hours. Pier Hemy brought back two bottles of water for me and an extra packet of pretzels as well as a packet of dried fruit! I was so amazed by this! I was in absolute need of this and instead of bringing me just one packet he actually fed me until my plane departed to Amsterdam at 03:25 in the morning! Thank you for the excellent service and by helping a struggling passenger! South African Express Air is absolutely amazing.
