I was booked for flight SA 304 on 18 November 2015. at 06h10 and connecting flight SA8220 to TETE ,Mozambique.I missed the flight due to parts not cleared to fly.The booking system did not allow me to re-book for next flight due to connecting flight. Mr Freddie Vermeulen took charge of the situation and got me booked on the next Flight.His team assisted me and my luggage in getting on board .Mr Vermeulen, I just want to thank you for going the extra mile .Without your assistance it would not have been possible at all. All in all excellent service delivered which ensured that a rather unforeseen situation turned out to be a very pleasant one! THANK YOU..
