Excellent Customer Service Compared with Ticket sales people from all other airlines at ORT

<p>i would really like to thank Luthando from SAA Ticket sales based at the ORT International on Friday at 18:00, on the 07.10.2016</p> <p>having been stranded at the airport after a missed flight to Durban, and a rugby match that shower sold out flights to Durban entirely across the country, Luthando was the ONLY ticket sales person to actively try to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>DID I MENTION I HAVE A BREASTFEEDING INFANT WAITING FOR ME IN DBN??? That drove me to tears!!! ****erally)</p> <p> </p> <p>after a 45 minute wait, Luthando called me over to her counter to tell me that she has helped me make a plan to return to my baby that evening.</p> <p> </p> <p>her quick thinking and compassion for my situation really deserves recognition!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>luthando, if you ever see this!
