EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Friday, 16 Oct 15, I was booked on flights from Upt - Cpt, Cpt - Jhb as their were no seats available on the direct flight to Jhb. My luggage was booked straight from Upt - Jhb and therefore I only caught the connecting flight. Upon arrival at O.R Tambo I realised my luggage do not appear on the belt. I was really worried as I still needed to travel to Pretoria for a black tie event and everything I need was in that bag. This is where the staff and in particular Ms. Annette Thelejane came to my rescue. She did everything in her power, even send some-one down to the ba*****t to locate my luggage. After a while they successfully retrieved my bag. What a huge relieve! Thank you to SAA and Ms. Annette Thelejane for showing me that you still want to provide excellent customer service to your clients. Well done on doing a great job!
